Drink a cup of lemon water
We always hear about this “rule” to drink lemon water as soon as we get up. Well, it’s worth trying it because it will cleanse your body from toxins and balance the pH levels. It will also improve digestion, reduce the food cravings and most importantly, it will boost your energy.
Calm Down and Meditate
In order to help yourself to finish your work quickly and easily, you should clear your mind with meditation, which will only take you like five minutes in the morning, but the results will be present the whole day. You just need to sit down in your favorite spot in your home and listen some relaxing music while you are focusing on your breathing.
Due to the fact that during the night we change positions a lot, which can stiffen our body, slow down our lymph system and stall it, we need to do some stretching as soon as we get out of the bed.
