1. Exercise

Exercises where you move your arms and shoulders will tone and firm the skin around your breasts. Doing these exercises will make the muscles around your breasts firmer, and appear larger:

• pushups
• wall pushups
• bench presses
• chest presses
• chest compressions

2. Massage

Breasts massage is a nice and easy way to enlarge your breasts. The Institute of Thai Traditional and Alternative Medicine says having your breasts regularly massaged make them naturally bigger and firmer by increasing the blood circulation, and stretching the muscle tissue.

• Use natural oil, like olive oil or almond oil
• Rub the oil between your palms for two to three minutes to generate heat.
• Rub your hands on your breasts inwards, continuing around your breasts in a circular motion.
• Rub for around 3-4 minutes in the morning, and again at night.
• Do regularly, at least twice daily for one or two months, to see results

3. Fenugreek

Fenugreek is a phytoestrogenic herb that stimulates hormones like estrogen and progesterone, giving your breasts and fuller look and feel. It also helps with milk production for nursing mothers.

There are three fenugreek tricks:

Mix a quarter cup of fenugreek powder with a little bit of water to make a paste. Apply the paste on your breasts and massage gently. Allow it to sit for 10 minutes and then rinse it. Try this twice daily for best results. To make your own fenugreek powder, dry roast and then grind fenugreek seeds.

Another option massage your breasts with fenugreek oil daily. Or you can use a mixture of one part fenugreek extract and two parts body lotion.

Just include fenugreek sprouts in your diet. You can also take fenugreek pills three times a day.

4. Fennel Seeds

Fennel seeds are another seed that increases your breasts’ dimension and firmness. It also helps nursing mothers with milk production. The trick is that fennel increases estrogen production.

Heat one tablespoon of cod liver oil with two teaspoons of fennel seeds in a pan. Let the seeds turn red. Strain the oil and allow it to cool. Gently massage your breasts with the oil, for up to 10 minutes. Allow it to sit for 30 minutes, then wash it off with warm water. Do this remedy twice daily for one or two months.

You can also drink a cup of fennel tea daily. To make fennel tea, steep one teaspoon of fennel seeds in a cup of hot water for about 10 minutes and then strain it.
